Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom items or large orders may require additional time. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods

We ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen service.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping Delays

Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delivery times are outside our control. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays may affect arrival dates.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly. Firefly Print Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded.

Local Pickup (Optional)

If enabled, local pickup is available in Laurens, SC by appointment. Pickup instructions will be emailed after your order is ready.
