Terms of Service

By purchasing from Firefly Print Co, you agree to our terms.

  • Custom and DTF products are made based on the artwork you provide.

  • You confirm you own rights to any uploaded artwork.

  • Colors may vary due to screen and material differences.

  • We may refuse artwork that violates copyright or contains prohibited content.

  • We are not responsible for pressing errors, misuse, or shipping delays outside our control.

Refund Policy

All custom items and DTF transfers are final sale. Refunds are only issued if:

  • We made a printing error

  • The product is defective

  • The item arrives damaged

Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery with photos. No refunds for incorrect artwork, low‑resolution files, or pressing mistakes.

Shipping Policy

Processing time: 1–3 business days. Shipping is handled by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking is provided when shipped. We are not responsible for delays once the package is with the carrier. Local pickup available in Laurens, SC (if enabled).

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns on custom items, DTF transfers, or personalized products. Only defective or incorrect items caused by our error may be replaced.

Custom Artwork Policy

You must own rights to all artwork submitted. Firefly Print Co is not responsible for copyright violations caused by customer submissions.

DTF Transfer Disclaimer

Pressing results vary by heat press, fabric, and technique. We are not responsible for transfers damaged due to incorrect application. Test pressing is recommended.
